Part of painting the world in shades of brown for me manifested itself in the form of original prints. Creating pieces that I’ve always longed for and wish I could find is what motivated me. Creating art that was authentic and spoke to the Latinx community was so important to me. When I think about creating prints that people can physically hold in their hand, and incorporate into their lives and homes, it fills my heart with joy. It’s one of the most rewarding things I do.
